Enrolled Agent Information

Elite Bookkeeping & Tax Services

An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by either passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns, or through experience as a former IRS employee.

Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years.

Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.

At Elite Bookkeeping & Tax Services we currently have two enrolled agents (EAs)- Sara Zaro and Robyn Yelton. They both have many years of experience handling corporate and personal tax returns for multiple states and they also hold titles as Certified Bookkeepers (CBs).

Benefits of a Wyoming LLC

Did you know that Wyoming is the home of the LLC? That's right! Wyoming became the first state to enact Limited Liability Company statute. In 1977 legislation was drafted and presented to the Wyoming Legislature and adopted without amendment.

As the home of the LLC, Members and Managers can remain anonymous in Wyoming. Unlike other states, Members and/or Managers names are not required to be listed with the Secretary of State's office. This helps to provide protection by providing a level of privacy to the owners.

The LLC has generated a substantial amount of interest due to the fact that it provides both the limited liability of a Corporation and the single level pass through taxation of a Limited Partnership.

Why use a Wyoming LLC? Here are some other advantages.

- No Initial Annual Report filing required. You do not have to file an Annual Report until the following year after you organize your LLC.

- Annual Report filing fee is only $50 if you have no assets located in Wyoming. Compare that to other states where filing fees can be ten times that or more.

- There has been established case law for three decades for the LLC.

- One person can own and operate a Wyoming LLC.

- Wyoming has a Charging Order Provision that extends to single-member LLCs.

With a Wyoming LLC you have privacy, protection and lower fees with a Wyoming LLC.

Wyoming Registered Agent

When forming a Wyoming entity the state will require the name and address of the registered agent. What is a registered agent and what do they do?

The registered agent is required to accept “process of service” on behalf of the business. That means if your Wyoming business is sued, the process server will deliver the Summons or Subpoena to the registered agent at the registered office on file with the state of Wyoming.

The registered agent must be kept up to day of any changes in contact information. The information is confidential and private but the registered agent must be able to contact you knowing time can be essential.

What else should your registered agent service do for you? They should be knowledgeable and able to provide information you need to know to incorporate in Wyoming. They should know what is required annually and be able to provide other services necessary to maintain your entity.

Located near the capital, AAA Corporate Services provides free expedited service, hand delivering your documents every business day. You can trust us to notify you of any changes in the status of your business.

As the registered agent we will forward all official mail from the state of Wyoming and the IRS. We also provide Executive Suite Service or a low cost Business Address Service to provide a physical Wyoming address to use for any business purpose.

We can explain the importance of and provide assistance with establishing a Wyoming bank account. We also have resources for legal needs as well as bookkeeping and tax services.

AAA Corporate Services is a Wyoming registered agent you can trust. Our professionally trained staff has been providing the knowledge and tools needed to incorporate and maintain a Wyoming entity for over a decade.
